Nia Booko hosted an “Ask Me Anything” session for her fans and followers on Instagram on Wednesday in regard to the recent arrival of her and Danny Booko‘s fourth child.
As her online audience sent in a slew of questions, the 35-year-old star of The Valley confirmed whether she and Danny, 41, have a nanny for their children, looked back on her labor and delivery with each one, and explained how she and Danny stay on good terms amid the challenges of having a newborn and three other young kids.
“Do you have a nanny?” a fan asked Nia on June 18.
“We used to have a nanny 8am-12pm – 3 days a week … My mom was here for 3 weeks, but she is home now … We are hoping to find a little more help because the struggle is real. Especially while sleep deprived,” Nia replied.
Nia also shared in her accompanying video that she and Danny’s former nanny had been visiting them one day a week so she and Danny had time to take care of themselves.
They’ve also been using babysitters “here and there” and recently met someone who “loves kids and is free during the summer.”
Someone else asked Nia if she had natural or C-section deliveries.
In response, Nia said that her three-year-old son, Asher, was 26 hours of labor and four minutes of pushing, her two-year-old twin daughters, Zariah and Isabelle, were 28 hours of labor and one minute and eight minutes of pushing, and her baby, and her newest addition, Adelaide, was only three-and-a-half hours of labor and one minute of pushing.
A third person wanted to know how Nia handles “partner resentment, anger swings towards husband.”
“Communicate expectations before baby arrives … Communicate in real time … but after nap and food (for us adults lol) … Don’t let things build up,” she advised.
Meanwhile, in a video shared with the post, Nia admitted, “I’ve definitely had my moments with Daniel. I think it’s natural.”
“If Daniel’s sleep deprived or I’m sleep deprived, the communication is not as good,” she explained. “[So] try to do it early … because once it builds up it can explode.”
The Valley season two airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
